We store all of the information that you enter 7ate9comics.com for the purposes of shipping, so that you don't have to re-enter the same data with each order, and responding to all of your requests.

 

Sharing information:
7 Ate 9 Comics does not share your information with any third parties.

E-Mail Communications:
From time to time we send out e-mails informing our customers of hot new releases and other comics related information.

Security:
We protect our customers information by using SSL encryption provided by Shopify, which ensure the highest level of protection when transmitting data across the internet. Furthermore, our Website servers are protected behind hardware and software firewalls and tested on a regular basis using industry standard Web scanners to keep our severs and site protected from any malicious activity.

Returns:
7 Ate 9 Comics accepts returns of damaged comics, but we need to be informed within 5 days of being delivered. In the case of damaged or mis-shipped orders, please contact us at 7ATE9COMICS@GMAIL.COM

We do not offer any other return policy, comics are classed as periodicals and are exempt from distance selling rules, so therefore we are not obliged to offer a 14 day cooling off period.

Shipping:

Domestic orders under £25 are sent by standard Royal Mail

Domestic orders over £25 are sent by tracked services

All international orders with a value of £25+ are sent tracked

Orders are generally shipped once all items are in stock, but we do make exceptions on a case by case basis

We aim to ship in stock orders within 7 working days but shipping can be longer during busy periods

Exclusives are usually shipped within 1 to 2 week of release & estimated ship date is stated in listing description

CGC preorders ship vary & please see listing for approx estimated dispatch time

Pre-orders:

Due to the nature of collectables we do not accept cancellations on preorders

 

In stock order cancellations:

We accept cancellations within 24 hrs of order being placed, but due not being able to claim back payment processing fees, there will be a 7% admin charge
